CLASS FEES

WHAT IS THE COST?

Class Fees are invoiced by Term and are payable in advance prior to the start of each Term.  Classes are invoiced on a 10 Week Term basis running in conjunction with the Victorian School Calendar. No classes are held on Public Holidays. Classes are invoiced on a pro-rata basis if there are not 10 weeks to the term or if you are commencing enrolment mid-term.

2024 CLASS FEES: 

*  Toddler Tinkerbell Class (18 months – 3 year olds) – $170/TERM

* Preschool Pixie Class (3-4 or 4-5 year olds) – $195/TERM

* School Sugar Plum Class (5-6 or 6-7 year olds) – $205/TERM

There is also an annual $25 Membership Fee per student that is charged to your first invoice each year. Your Membership Fee covers important costs incurred by enrolment such as accident insurance cover. *Fairy Feet Dance Club is insured by Ausdance Insurance

Fairy Feet Families that have more than 1 child enrolled will be entitled to a 10% Sibling Discount off Term fees.

Costume Hire fee will be charged to your Term 4 invoice for students performing at the End of Year Concert.

HOW DO I PAY?

Class Fees are invoiced by TERM and we run in conjunction with the Victorian School Term (there are generally 10 weeks per term). No classes are held on Public Holidays

Term fees are payable in full at the start of each Term. Fairy Feet Dance Club does not offer a casual payment system. 

Students that commence mid-term will be invoiced for a pro-rata balance of the Term.

Invoices will be forwarded to the email address nominated on your enrolment form. Payment is required in FULL by the due date listed on the invoice prior to your child’s continued participation in class.

Late payments will incur a $15 fee if they are not received by the due date and your place in class may be forfeited.

Payments can be made by:

1. Direct Deposit (as per details provided on your invoice)
2. Cash (in a sealed envelope clearly labelled with your Child’s Name, Class and Amount)

3. Credit Card (Please note that card payments incur a 1.95% Merchant Fee)
